If your VoIP line is shown as available with a green dot however when you attempt to make an outbound call it says 'disconnected' then please try the following to resolve this issue: 


Please go the Dialler settings: 


In the Dialler – can you check that you are using WebRTC … if you can click on the ‘menu’ option as shown below: 

 

 

Then select

 

                Settings

                Settings

                Advanced Settings

                SIP Settings

                VoIP Engine

 

And make sure that ‘WebRTC’ is selected as shown below: 

 

 

And then press OK and finally click on SAVE. 

 

If you can then try and make a call the Dialler should then work.
