Please check the email notification from your website form that is sent into your CRM account and check the heading in the email called Categories: this is where you will enter the tag(s) so that contacts will be automatically tagged inside the CRM - as shown below: 



For example you may want to use the tags new-lead or website-enquiry - please separate each tag with a comma (,) without spacing in between such as: new-lead,south-west,website-enquiry


If you have used spacing in between the tag words this can cause a contact not to be tagged correctly.
