Auto Feed Web Form Enquires into your CRM Account:
Web form data from websites or landing pages can be captured and automatically fed over into your CRM account by using an email notification or alert and a unique security key code for each client.
This email is then sent to your CRM email drop box address, for example ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ which is absorbed into your CRM.
New web enquiries or leads will be shown in real time on the Dashboard as shown below:
From the Dashboard live leads you can click directly into the contacts record as this will be automatically created, adding a History item as shown below:
This History will contain a copy of the form data captured with any additional info going into either the Notes section or Custom Fields
The contact details will also be fed across and shown in the business card section inside the contact record:
Contacts fed in via web forms can also be given a tag to identify where they have come from – for example ‘website-enquiry’ or ‘new-online-order’ as shown above in red:
How does it work?
This email notification/alert is then sent to your CRM account email drop box address, for example:
‘email@example.com’ using the unique security key code in the subject line to enable the email to be absorbed into your CRM creating a new contact, adding a history with the form data captured with any additional info going into either the Notes section or Custom Fields sections.
Web form leads are sent into the Dashboard shown live in real time so that you can react to enquiries/leads immediately.
How do I track web enquiries in my CRM?
Contacts can also be given a tag to identify where they have come from – for example ‘website-enquiry’ or ‘new-online-order’.

What do I need to do next?
If you are interested in this service please do the following:
1. Send us the url link(s) of all the web form(s) you are wanting to integrate.
2. Forward a test enquiry from your form(s) to our Support Helpdesk so that we can provide you with a quotation for all forms you wish to feed into your CRM account.
Once we have this information and you want to go ahead we will work with your web-designer to get this all integrated for you.
