Please make sure that you are not using Internet Explorer browser as this is not fully compatible with our CRM if using version 9 or below.  


We recommend that you use either Google Chrome or Firefox on a PC and either Safari or Google Chrome if using a Mac. 


If by changing your browser this has not resolved the issue please follow the steps below:


1. Right click the area that you want the cursor to appear then go up to the text editor menu and click on the icon that has the letter T for text (2 back from the binoculars icon) as shown below:



2. The cursor will then appear and you can then start typing in text.
