The reason that you cannot log into CRM from your iPad is to do with the way you have set up block cookies. It is very likely you have chosen to Always block cookies which will prevent you from saving your username and password.
To rectify this you simply need to choose another option in the block cookies option screen.
To access block cookies follow the instructions below:
1. Simply click on the Settings icon on your iPad
2. Next click onto the Safari icon inside settings, which you will find located left hand bar and then go to the Block Cookies section under Privacy and Security (which is displayed on the right hand side of screen)
3. Click on Block Cookies. It will give you 3 options:
- From third parties and advertisers
4. Choose the 2nd option to block From third parties and advertisers.
