There are several ways to use our Auto Receptionist (IVR) service with your existing phone line:


1. Either you can ‘divert’ the call from your phone provider to our CRM – in which case there would be call charges for the diversion part from your phone provider.


2. Alternatively we can port the number in – the advantages of this are:


  • Reduced line rental and
  • Eliminate call redirection costs. Obviously we are diverting the call to landline / mobiles there would be call charges to pay.
